How to request a return or refund
- Contact us through our Contact page or at contactojpaoficial@gmail.com with your order number.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong and, if possible, include a photo of the product.
- We'll review your request and reply within 24 hours (business days) with the next steps. In some cases we may ask you to return the item before issuing a refund.
To be eligible, the product must have been purchased on our website and returned or reported within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method and usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Our 30-day guarantee above extends this period in your favour.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to contactojpaoficial@gmail.com). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. Unless we tell you otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
